Baseplan
The MMPI group were delighted to announce the acquisition of Baseplan in February 2024, following regulatory approval of the acquisition by Kingswood’s Irish subsidiary, Moloney Investments Ltd (MMPI).
This acquisition strengthens MMPI’s strategic growth in the Irish market and expands its advisory capabilities.
Baseplan, brings a strong heritage in financial planning, retirement advice, and wealth management and will be wholly integrated into the MMPI group offering enhanced services and expertise to all clients.
The integration will allow continued access to Baseplan Portfolios, offering institutional‑style, risk‑rated model portfolios delivered through a streamlined single‑decision investment structure.
Isabella Pawlowski is an experienced financial adviser who has worked with Baseplan since 2018, specialising in private client advisory across retirement planning, wealth management, and long‑term financial strategy.
She holds the Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) designation and is recognised for delivering clear, structured advice tailored to individual client needs. Her professional focus includes guiding clients through complex pension planning, investment strategy, and holistic financial decision‑making.
